The Stellar Dreams Program

The 2024 program application is now open. Our goal is simple: 100 telescopes, 100 families, 100 dreams. We’re closing huge equity gaps in the field of astronomy by giving students in grades 5-12, and their community leaders, their very own telescopes, astronomy education, and exploration activities.

The Science Haven is on a mission to provide 100 telescopes, astronomy education, and citizen science opportunities to 100 underserved families across the United States of America.

Science Communication Fellowship

Specifically designed for individuals eager to elevate their practice, this program will arm you with the skills to effectively translate complex scientific ideas into engaging narratives, thereby broadening the reach of the scientific community.

Public Lecture Series

The Science Haven Public Lecture Series is more than just a discourse platform - it's a connector, bringing communities closer to experts on matters that directly impact them. With presentations from our Science Communication Fellows, students, and distinguished scientists, we aim to create a dialogue that inspires change.
